Solid bushcraft camp knife
First off right out of the box it could do whatever job I need it for but the grind is a bit off nothing that normal sharpening can't fix. These Ontario Gen2 blades are rock solid, the second I put it in my hand I could feel the balance was spot on plus the handle is actually much more comfortable than I was expecting. The coating feels a bit bumpy but very solid and I can tell that stuff isn't going to just rub off with a little bit of use. I love this knife and can feather stick just fine with the saber grind, honestly I can make nice tight curls and direct them where I want because of the nice belly. The leaf design makes it a great chopper and since its heavier than the sp46 it really bites into the wood I love the thickness and weight. Now as for the sheath yes it is way to long for this knife BUT IMHO its not junk like some folks say it is. Honestly its a decent nylon and has molle webbing on the back, I plan on doing my own kydex but for now the sheath will be fine.
