As a retail produce supplier , this knife is essential
i've been using these little knives in my produce business for over 15 years . Its the perfect tool for trimming and cleaning up stock . Not to sharp , not to dull and it fits perfectly into a belt holder or back pocket . if you're in produce you need a few of these around at all times.

My wife uses the knife in everyday kitchen work at home. She loves it. My mother and grandmother also had them in the kitchen. I gave one to each of my kids/daughter-in-laws this year they like them too.
