PU116375: Puma White Hunter Stag Handle Fixed Blade 5.9" Blade Length
PUMA

The White Hunter is the ultimate outdoorsman’s knife, originally designed by African professional hunters. It features a curved blade for cutting, slicing and skinning and a strong back edge for hacking. Handmade by skilled craftsmen with true naturally-dropped stag antlers, it has a 5.9-inch blade, 10.6 inch overall length, custom proofed Rockwell hardness, and comes with a leather sheath.

Since it was formed on the Wupper River in 1769, PUMA® has set the standard that established Solingen, Germany as the world’s premier knife manufacturing center. PUMA® is, in fact, the 8th oldest trademark in Germany. PUMA® has been distributed in the United States since 1957 and has established a strong reputation for high-quality hunting, sporting and gentleman’s knives.

Hunters and craftsmen know and trust PUMA®’s performance, heritage and technology. The highest grades of stainless steel, innovative designs, genuine stag handles, and traditional German craftsmanship are why PUMA® knives are considered at the top of every major ranking of classic hunting and sporting knives.

best ever made
My father gave me his Puma White Hunter 42 years ago, only knife I ever used to gut and skin a deer, Still returns to razor sharp - I used to show off by shaving my arm hair with it. Now I don't bother, everyone knows how sharp it is. Perfect gift for ANY hunter. The last knife you ever need to buy.

Pros: Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Handle Material, Finish
Cons: None
This knife is flawless in every detail. Highest quality materials and excellent construction. I have carried the White Hunter for about 25 years in all conditions and environments and it remains the one piece of gear I never have to worry about. It is designed to be used, and I have used it hard, yet the blade soldiers on without complaint. You get what you pay for, and although the knife seems expensive at first, it will last a lifetime and more than pay for itself over the long years of ownership.

puma white hunter stag blade
I got this knife when I turned 16 years old, it traveled with me throughout the world on 5 continents for over 3 decades now and it is still going strong. This knife will not let you down in any situation, it does everything one wants and expects from a great tool in the field whether you are a hunter, camper or general outdoor person. The materials used are of fantastic quality: the blade is super strong, very versatile, has great weight to it for different (also tough) chores, holds an etch and stays sharp accordingly; the sheath is classic real oiled leather, robust and holds the knife tight and secure. No rattle 'n shakin'! Puma White Hunter is all you need no matter where you go. It also looks pretty good too, people will admire it when you carry this beauty, but what really strikes is again its overall quality. Puma makes great knives for sure, although expensive, but German made and well worth to own!
