This is the first large knife for ESEE Knives and quite possibly the finest balance and fit they have ever designed. The ESEE-6 will feature a high-quality Blade-Tech molded sheath. The ESEE-6 is shipped with a molded sheath and Clip Plate. You can also purchase optional MOLLE Backs and Gear Pouches for the ESEE-6 Molded Sheath.
These knives are made from high carbon 1095 steel. And while 1095 is a top choice for professional cutlery designed for hard use, it will rust and stain if not properly cared for - especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned. We suggest using a dry film rust inhibitor such as TUF-GLIDE or TUF-CLOTH

General use around camp..holds an edge..do not expect the finish to be like new if you use/abuse it like i do...i like the wear marks!
