RCLSP: ESEE Knives Laser Strike
ESEE Knives
The Laser Strike is an improved ESEE fixed blade knife with a spear point blade shape and a more ergonomic handle. This model does away with the striking pommel on the butt of the knife in lieu of a more comfortable grip. Jimping on the back spine of the knife is also improved on this knife, really locking your thumb in place. If you have experience with any of the regular ESEE knives, you will surely enjoy the Laser Strike.

Pros: Overall Quality, Finish, Blade Sharpness
Cons: None
Simple yet great practical outdoor knife
Workmanship was excellent. The grind, blade sharpness out of the box and the fit of the scales to the knife was spot on. Great sheath as well. Only gripe I have is that the steel belt clip provided for attachment to the knife sheath already has a bit of rust on it. Probably won't be using it anyway as I already planned on pairing it with a Tek-lok prior to my purchase. Overall, a great medium/ large outdoor knife.

This thing can hold an edge
This knife has gotten some quality use out as a trail knife and has kept an edge quite well. I used it to split tinder with a baton as well as make shavings and no problems. The blade coating is durable and hasn't flaked or cracked at all. Great knife and happy with my purchase.
