SCHA2S: Nitro
The Schrade SCHA2S Nitro series of tactical folding knives features textured aluminum handles and a 3.4" 4034 stainless steel. The design of the tanto blade leaves the tip very thick and very strong. The spring assisted blade can be deployed by using the thumb stud or the flipper. Includes a safety lock to prevent accidental opening. Also features a lanyard hole and window breaker. Overall, the Nitro is a solid everyday carry knife at a great price.

The Good and the Bad
Great looking knife, smooth opening and closing, locks well. Good size for everyday use. Pocket clip is pointless and thankfully removable. Love the knife, but has one serious flaw. The little screws are coming loose (been carrying for only 1 month). I'm putting loc-tite on it to hold. But am admittedly disappointed by that.

Pros: Blade Sharpness, Handle Material, Overall Quality, Pocket Clip, Ease of Opening, Lock Type, Handle Feel, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Blade Material
Cons: Sheath, None
Its a good heavy feel. Almost surprisingly so
There's a bit of a break in process but the action is nice and smooth. I got the serrated blade and I hadn't noticed the butt has a glass breaker so it turns out to be a good rescue blade. Surprisingly a heavy feel to the knife that I was not expecting. Excellent knife and the Price is incredibly and surprisingly low. But I guess you save cause it has no sheath. But the clip works just fine. Handle is a bit rough to get used to it but I like it. Excellent one handed operation. Great for a rescue blade. Extremely sharp out of the box. Almost afraid to use it because of the beautiful razor blade feel to the blade. Cross lock makes the one hand operation nice. I wish I had a blade like this when I was a paramedic.
