very functional
Bought this on special at a great price and have been very pleased with the quality of the pen. I chose to use the roller ball rather than the fountain tip that seems to be of excellent quality should you want to go that route. The only negative I have is if one were to actually use this in a tactical situation the business end of the pen is not pointed enough to be very effective for that use. However it is heavy duty and should last a very long time, I'm happy with it

If you like a traditional pen buy this
I like to use a fountain pen for my journal, so when I saw this and the great price I decided to try it. The pen was a lot bigger than expected but is actually nice to write with, the plus is also that it takes a standard European cartridge, I have three pens that I cannot get ink cartridges for here in Spain. The size and milling make the pen easy to grip for use as a Yarawa and is certainly big enough and strong enough to use for strikes and locks. For those who prefer a normal ball point that is included and also is of good quality. For the price and quality I would reccomend this especially for the UK where self defence items that you can carry problem free are limited.
