SP11KAPBK: C11KAPBK Kahr Arms Delica 4
Kahr Arms is the undisputed leader in the design and manufacture of compact, concealable, high-performance handguns. When they wanted to offer their customers a knife that was a worthy companion to their best-in-class firearms, they turned to Spyderco.

The Kahr Arms Delica4 is based on one of Spyderco's most popular and proven designs - the Delica4 Lightweight. In its standard configuration, the Delica4 features a 3" VG10 stainless steel blade. The Kahr version, however, boasts a specially ground 2-1/2" clip-point blade that makes it legal to carry virtually everywhere - including cities with ultra-strict knife laws. The tough saber-ground blade has a smooth, untextured spine and thumb ramp and, along with all the knife's other steel components, features a low-profile bead blast finish.

To further enhance the Kahr Delica4's discreet image, it is available with a choice of three different handle colors: black, khaki and denim blue. Purposely chosen to blend almost invisibly with the most commonly worn pants, these colors provide highly effective "urban camouflage" for unobtrusive carry. The handle scales are injection molded from tough fiberglass-reinforced nylon and are supported by skeletonized stainless steel liners. A four-position clip provides the option of all possible carry positions and, along with a sturdy back lock mechanism and the blade's Trademark Round Hole, allows completely ambidextrous carry and operation.

Pros: Overall Quality
Cons: None
Good knife, but...
The knife design deserves a 5. It's a good idea, but I give it a 3 because of its price. It's just a standard Delica with the tip cut off and the name Kahr printed on the blade. Why the extra money? Buy a standard Delica, grind the tip to the same shape, and you'll have the same knife while saving yourself some money and embarrassment.

Pros: Blade Sharpness, Lock Type, Handle Material, Overall Quality, Pocket Clip, Ease of Opening, Handle Feel, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Blade Material
Cons: None
Not too BIG - Not too small - Just right !
I really like this version. Has a very aggressive tip/point that seems very strong, although I have not tested it on my woodpile yet. Typical excellent Spyderco quality. The theory is that the knife is sized to be "legal", or at least at a lower level of liability if you should have to use it 'socially'. Check your local knife laws, your mileage may vary. Easy to open, manipulate, hold on to, & close - large enough to get a good grip on during use but not too large in your pocket. You need one !
