Cons: Sheath/Scabbard, None
great knife!
Great knife! The sheath is the only reason I'm giving this knife anything other than an excellent. Even then, it's not really the sheath, which is usable, but the darned snap that broke the 1st time I used it. I'll probably make my own scabbard, or slice off the strap and snap, and use the sheath it comes with. I really like the knife though. It comes razor sharp [I like that in a knife!] and since only the last three quarters of the blade is actually an edge, there's room to ''choke up'' on the handle, for precision cutting or skinning.the grip is rubber over metal, and won't slip, even when wet. This is a great knife, with a ''meh'' sheath. This is a knife that deserves Kydex.

Good knife
I used this knife in Afg. It was one of those weird "pass the torch" things. I got it from the guy I replaced and passed it on when I left. Anyway, it was a good knife. I beat the mess out of it, but it held up. Really easy to sharpen and holds the blade nicely. It didnt have a sheath when I got it, so i cant speak to that, but the handle had a good grip, it was a nice, light weight and it held up to the abuse of multiple Marines over the years.

Great knife. Sheath ?
I actually found this great knife laying without the sheath on the ground in Kosovo on foot patrol around Mitrovica in 2004/2005. So probably the sheath was crap☺:-) Our saddler made me a new and now it is a valued artifact.
