1095 Carbon Steel
1095 Carbon Steel
An excellent hard use steel, 1095 is a primary choice for camping and larger fixed blade knives for its extreme toughness and ability to hold an edge. Corrosion resistance is very limited with this steel, most blades come with a coating to prevent premature rusting.
Kydex Sheath
Kydex Sheath
Waterproof, scratch resistant, and low friction. It will hold its shape and makes a great alternative to leather.

It's smaller than you think
I'm a fan of Tops knives. Just like all of the others that I have, this knife is rugged and well built. It should take a fair amount of abuse without a problem. It could have been sharper but that's no big deal. It is a very small knife. For a similar sized knife I think that the Esee Izula 2 with the handles is a much better choice.
