Excellent for throwing and making it knock on some attackers door and saying "hello your going to be sleeping forever, have a bad night". All bad comedy aside though it would be true if someone who was trying to harm you were hit with this flying attacker HACKER. You really can't miss with this accurate piece, and you can just slam it into tree or wood targets and know what this would do to meat. I have been watching way too much dooms day prep shows on television but this can be used as a small camp axe, mini pitch fork, knife, dagger, chisel, grappling hook thanks to the lanyard at the bottom which you could tie a rope to or just use to hang up or even swing as a weapon in that manor. There are so many uses, as well as being very durable and just beautiful to look at. It feels so good in your hand slides very easily upon release thanks to the Gil Hibben design and sharpens easily to a razor finish. Comes with a great leather sheath that has a belt loop and this axe being so light in weight it is not at all cumbersome. If your an outdoor in the woods hunting or just hiking this is a great weapon or tool to have just in case. Just get it the picture alone speaks a lot about the the need for this great throwing axe, mini double blade hatchet or dagger, whatever you want to call it. Just love this, I always handle this axe all the time.
