UCGH5036: Gil Hibben Custom Hook Sword Cane (GH5036)
United Cutlery
The master knife maker Gil Hibben unveils his latest custom designed sword cane. This model is made in China based on his design. A shiny black 36 1/2" shaft features wood construction with high-polish stainless steel accent details. A 14" mirror polished 7CR17 stainless steel tanto blade snaps into the shaft and releases with a built-in blade release mechanism. The blade is completed by a custom hook, mirror polished stainless handle and intricately detailed wire wrappings. The heavy-duty stainless steel head offers a great grip but can also be used as a club for additional self defense. Height is not adjustable.

Careful on this one...
This is NOT a Gil Hibben Custom Hook Sword Cane, it is a replica. Though it said under license of____. It was still made in CHINA and is NOT a Gil Hibben Custom Hook Sword Cane. The blade needed to be sharpened. The latch mechanism failed and had to be bent into place to latch. No way to adjust the height of the cane. (if you are short, too bad for you)

Pros: Durability, Finish, Overall Quality, Materials
Cons: None
I actually use it as a walking assist, as I broke my back a few years ago. It is just the right height for this and is comfortable to use. It is also easy to bare the teeth at any time, so if you need that part, after practice, the blade is there, balanced well, and now it's done by muscle memory so it's out practically when I decide I want it out. First time I've used a friction lock and I like it better than a switch lock.
