Great Little boning knive
I do quite a bit of cooking at home and wanted some good small knives for boning and getting meat off the bones when I make sausage. I have used a Wusthof fillet knife and it has been excellent and thought I would try this knife. It was an excellent decision on my part. Well made, good balance and quite sharp out of the box. I have only use it a few times but has fast become one of my favorite knives in the kitchen.
