XTJS95MOP: Mother of Pearl Jewelry Set Carving Set

This Jewelry Collection Carving set features an 8" (blade length) carving knife and fork. The Santa Fe Stoneworks inlay is what really brings this knife to life. The entrancing turquoise gem at the center shimmers in the light, while the mother of pearl seems to shine with its own inner light, creating a contrast between light and dark. The reverse side features a more traditional look with wooden handle scales (shown below).

Carving Fork
This fork is used for holding meat when it is cut into pieces.

Carving Knife
With its narrow blade width, this knife is easy to use for thinly slicing meat.

gorgeous and well made
These are my holiday slicers. I also gave a set as a wedding gift. They come nicely packaged as well. Knifecenter service is, as always, amazingly fast and courteous.
