Zero Tolerance Knives
Zero Tolerance and Emerson Knives put their hard-use heads together to create the 0620.

It features a blade of ELMAX powdered steel in a modified tanto style. ELMAX provides the extreme edge retention, high strength, and toughness a hard-use knife demands. High wear resistance in a steel usually means low corrosion resistance, but not with ELMAX. With this advanced steel, you get both properties—which makes it an excellent blade steel. DLC coating enhances performance even more and makes the blade non-reflective.

Of course, the 0620 features the patented Emerson "wave shaped feature" that enables the knife to be opened as it is removed from the pocket. By the time the knife has been fully withdrawn from the pocket, the blade is deployed and ready for use. A small wave-shaped tab on the top of the blade is built to catch on the pocket seam, opening the knife as it comes out of the pocket. This Emerson instant-open feature is a favorite among military, rescue, and law enforcement knife users.

The handle features a machined G10 front scale with a stonewashed titanium back. Blade lock up is ensured with a sturdy frame lock. Hardened steel inserts in the lockbar make it extra durable.

Frame Lock
Frame Lock
Developed by Chris Reeve, it functions like a liner lock but the lock is comprised of one of the handle scales. It's an extremely strong and easy to manipulate lock.
Pocket Clip
Pocket Clip
Includes a pocket clip for easy accessibility and a more secure carry.
Titanium Handles
Titanium Handles
A nonferrous metal, it's prized for its high strength to weight ratio and is often used on higher end knives.
Extremely fine grained powered metal that strikes the balance between edge holding and corrosion resistance perfectly. Much more likely to get a rolled edge than have a chip develop.

Pros: Blade Sharpness, Lock Type, Handle Material, Overall Quality, Pocket Clip, Ease of Opening, Handle Feel, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Blade Material
Cons: None
Great knife
This knife will replace my 0350ts and SOG AEGIS as my EDC. This knife is based on the Emerson but has none of the weaknesses of the Emerson. It has everything that's great about an Emerson with Zero Tolerance's very high build quality. This knife was sharp enough to slice paper out of the box. ZT makes some of the strongest folder knives in the world, this knife was a steal considering the overall quality of it. To top this knife you would have to spend a few hundred dollars or more. I'm not much on finish but this knife was gorgeous out of the box with a perfect feel and balance. Another homerun for ZT. The delivery was very fast. The fastest I've seen for an online retailer. You can't go wrong with this knife or buying from .

Built to last
Great EDC knife, I dont notice the weight. Looks good and functions flawlessly. As a lefty, I think it conceals in pocket as the G10 is exposed rather than the raw titanium. Blade is sharp, will see how the Elmax holds its edge over time.

I just received this knife today. It will replace my 0350TS and Sog Aegis as my edc. This knife is noticeably lighter than my 0350. It was razer sharp out of the box and looks amazing. I'm not real big on finish but this knife is gorgeous and works exactly as ZT intended. It's built better than the Emerson it's based on. It's a modified Emerson, it combines what makes Emersons great knives with the indestructibility of ZT. I love it and I'll probably buy another one eventually. Knife center has another permanent customer. Thanks for the super quick delivery
